Consumers are looking for deeper relationships not a one night stand. A relationship, at its heart, is based on respect for each other while listening and providing value to the conversation. Too many brands don’t understand this and don’t know how to make the transition from mass marketing to mass customization. If you keep on bragging about brands on social media, you are increasing your chances of failure to 70%.

Women are more social and demand more commitment! Why am I talking about it? Because, if you are a company targeting through social media channels, you need to be more than one night night stands.
